ProActive Sports Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Which ProActive Sports products can be purchased on the website?

All products that are listed in our ProActive Sports catalog can be found on this website.  A category list appears at the left of each page of the website with the categories listed in the same order as they appear in our printed catalog.  While ordering online, you may purchase both ProActive Sports products and clicgear products. Please note that our system will separate such orders into two separate orders - clicgear orders and ProActive Sports orders. Personalized items from our Origins of Golf catalog may not be ordered online.

Do I have to be logged in to the website to use it?

You do not need to be logged in to browse our product line, however, you will need to be logged in to place an order, see item pricing and to view previous orders and open invoices.

To log in to the website initially, you will need to call our customer service team and they will provide you with your username and password.  Because this is a “wholesale only” site you must be setup as a customer in our system before being able to order online.  After you have received your username and password you will be able to see your item pricing, place an order, and see a list of recent orders and open invoices.

What is “open invoices”? 

This feature will show you a listing of all the invoices currently open on your account.

What is “order history”?

This feature will show you all of the orders you have placed with us (both web and non-web orders) for the last 90 days.  To see more information about a particular order, click on the order number.  You may also use this page to reorder an individual item or to duplicate an entire previously shipped order. 

What are Favorites?

Anyone with an account set up with us can use Favorites.  You must be fully logged in to access the Favorites list.  You can create your initial Favorites list yourself or we can do it for you. 

Adding products to Favorites:

To start creating your own Favorites list just click on the   that is located next to any product.  This will add that specific product to your Favorites.  Alternately, if you wish to remove an item from your Favorites list just click on the   next to the product.

If you would like for us to populate your Favorites with a listing of the products you have purchased over the last 12 months, just let our customer service team know.  After we have populated your Favorites you can add and delete items from that list at your discretion.  Just click on the heart icon next to any product and it will either add the product  or delete the product .

Shopping with Favorites:

To use your Favorites to place an order you will need to go through the list and edit the quantity required for each item that you wish to order.  Once you have filled out a page of product simply add it to your cart and go on to the next page.  Unlike regular product pages, our Favorites lists are shown without images and have 25 products per page rather than the standard 10 to closer emulate a shopping list.

What is Speed Shop?

By entering a ProActive Sports specific item code into the Speed Shop field you can add that item directly into your shopping cart.  Once it has been added to the cart you will need to edit the quantity field with the appropriate order value.

What is Product Quick Search?

This tool will help you to find specific products by searching for the entered term throughout the product descriptions and our keyword database.

How do I place an order?

You must be logged into the website to place an order.  After you are logged in you will need to navigate to the specific items you are interested in and add the required quantity of each to your shopping cart.  Once all of the items have been added to your shopping cart, you will proceed to checkout. 

Checking Out:

At the Check Out Counter you will see a list of all of the items currently in you shopping cart, as well as fields for your Bill To address, contact information, billing options, purchase order number, Ship To address, Ship Via method and special instructions.  The Bill To address and contact information will auto-fill from the information we have on file for your company. 

Back Orders

All items on back order over 30 days will be cancelled. All back ordered merchandise over $50.00 will be automatically shipped as available within 30 days of the original ship date of the order. All items on back order that amount to less than $50.00 will be cancelled due to excessive freight charges.

How do I pay for my order? 

Under Billing Info you have a choice as to how you would like to be billed for your merchandise:  On account, on a credit card or C.O.D. 

If you have already been issued payment terms by our Accounting department you may choose to have your order billed to your account. 

If you prefer to bill your purchase to a credit card you will select the credit card type from the pull-down menu (either Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) and then enter the credit card number and expiration date in the next 2 fields. 

You may also choose to bill your order to a credit card that you already have on file with ProActive Sports.  When choosing to use your credit card that we have on file, all you need to enter is the last 4 digits of that credit card number so that we can identify which card you prefer to use. 

If you prefer to have your order sent COD there will be a $9.00 COD fee (per tag) added to your freight charge.

Can I drop ship my order to another address?

If you would like your order to ship to an address other than your Bill To address, you will need to either choose an address that we have on file for you using the pull-down menu or type in the address in the allotted fields.

How will my order ship?

All orders will be shipped standard ground service via our preferred carrier United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified.  If you require your merchandise to arrive sooner than a ground shipment you must specify the shipping method in our Special Instructions section. 

In addition, if you have an alternate carrier that you would prefer us to use, enter the carrier name and your account number in the special instructions field.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Once you have placed your order you will see an order confirmation page that contains your order confirmation number.  You will also receive an email that contains your order details.
