COMPANY POLICIES
1. SHIPPING. We will make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours. .
2. DROP-SHIP POLICY We offer drop-ship service to all 50 states. There will be a drop-ship service charge based on the value of the order. Please contact customer service for details.
3. BACK-ORDERS All items on back order over 30 days will be canceled. All back ordered merchandise over $50.00 will be automatically shipped as available within 30 days of the original ship date of the order. All items on back order that amount to less than $50.00 will be canceled due to excessive freight changes.
4. MINIMUMS No minimums and no case packs required! We will break open a case at no extra charge. We do however list all case pack information on our wholesale pricelist for your convenience.
5. GUARANTEES We guarantee satisfaction of all of our products. If you have defects, shortages or any other problems with merchandise purchased from ProActive Sports, please call to arrange an agreeable solution.
6. SHORTAGES Please call within 10 days of receipt of your order to report any shortages so that we may correct the problem in a timely manner.
7. RETURNS Please contact customer service to receive a Return Authorization number (RA #). All returns require a RA #. Non-defective returns will be subject to a return to stock charge.
8. U.S. MAIL SHIPMENTS There will be a 3% surcharge for all orders shipping via U.S. Postal Service.
9. CART POLICY All carts have replaceable parts. If you have a problem with a cart, please call customer service to arrange a replacement part to be shipped to you immediately. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED CARTS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
10. PRICES Prices are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to notify our customers of price changes throughout the year.
